Worked a treat on A 70mai A810 with rear extension.
My car doesn't have a dimming rear view mirror. After some research I learned that the lane assist system (in rear view mirror box) could also be used to power a dashcam. This one fit right-in to my Tucson.
The first one I had was defective, specifically the main adapter cable was not passing any current. Within a day of reaching out to FitDVR's support, they expedited a replacement adapter cable that worked. Excellent costumer service!
The Dashcam Power Adaptor works really well and saves a great deal of work threading cables behind trim etc. What would be useful is to have pictures on the web site on exactly how to take the cover off behind the mirror for various models. I'll order another one for a Jaguar I-pace once I figure out if the pins on the sockets are standard JLR.
