Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Our warehouse is in China, parcel can be delivered to 72 countries and regions around the world. If you have questions regarding your country or city, please contact FitDVR Support Team.

Items are generally shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. 

Estimated shipping times for some of our most popular destinations:

  • Europe: 10 days
  • North America: 10 days
  • Australia: 8 days

We cannot guarantee shipping times after an order has been created and handed to a courier. If you want expedited shipping service, you can add "extra expedited shipping cost" to your cart, and checkout together, then we will arrange delivery service accordingly. Please feel free to contact our support team if you have problem.

For a prompt resolution of any shipping-related concerns, it is necessary to contact the shipping company directly and provide them with the tracking number and a detailed description of the issue.

About Customs Duties
  • Standard Shipping: All prices include customs duties, and no additional fees will be charged upon delivery. Under the latest U.S. customs policy (as of April 23, 2025), we declare shipments using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. This means the seller pays all applicable duties, and U.S. customers do not need to pay any customs charges—your order price already covers them. In the EU, we operate under an IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) account, which allows us to prepay duties on your behalf. You won't be charged any customs fees when receiving your package.
  • Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FEDEX): Customs duties, if applicable, will be collected by local customs when the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer refuses delivery due to customs duties, they will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.
