FitDVR power adapter have both 5V and 12V output, provides 4 types cables that most devices allowing power via standard USB are compatible. Also FitDVR can power BlackVue and Thinkware dashcam with 12V DC 3.5mm cable.

Check your vehicle model's listing page to confirm the power supply option first: connects to Auto-dimming Review Mirror or Rain Sensor or Overhead Console or other ways to power your Dash Cam, then make sure your vehicle have the same connect port. (specific model plug please refer to vehicle’s listing page)

1. Make sure your vehicle is turned OFF before starting any installation.
2. Remove the panels or covers behind your rearview mirror/sunroof/overhead console carefully.
3. Unplug the wire pin connector, connect Y cable to both end.
4. Then connect the FitDVR adapter. When you make sure the wires are plugged, tuck any hanging wires, reinstall any trim panels or covers that were removed to access the power wiring. Ensure they are securely in place.
5. Remove the FitDVR adapter’s 3M tape, and attach it to any position that you like. Then install the dash cam or other devices.
6. Turn vehicle ON to ensure your device is receiving power. --- Installation complete!
