Returns Policy

We have a 30-days return policy, you may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as :

  1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  2. The product needs to be returned with the attached accessories and gifts as well as the original receipt.

Return shipping fee:

  1. For non-quality-related returns, You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges. This also applies to orders canceled during transit.
  2. If it is a quality problem, FitDVR will bear the return and exchange cost.

Return procedure:

  1. After receiving your return email request, we will process your return request asap.
  2. If your return request meets the requirements, we will provide the warehouse address for you to return the goods.
  3. Please provide your tracking number and carrier to us, and arefund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package.

Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong items are delivered, we may issue a refund or replacement for international orders without requiring the item to be shipped back to us. In such cases, we may request alternate verification, such as photos or videos.

Return requirements:

  1. Provide your tracking number
  2. Send photos or videos related to the quality of the product to our customer service: support@fitdvr.com

FitDVR provides a one-year warranty for all products purchased directly from our online store. During the warranty period, if a product proves to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Please note: The warranty period is within one year from the date you received the package and you should provide order number when you submit the request.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Products that do not have enough proof of purchase
  2. The product is lost or stolen
  3. Items beyond the warranty period
  4. Non-quality related issues (30 days after purchase)
  5. Repair by third party
  6. External source damage
  7. Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: extreme temperature, water ingress, incorrect operation of equipment)
