Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it automatically. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If we are unable to obtain your request in time, we may not be able to replace or cancel your order.

Which adapter works for my car?

You can check the drop-down menu from the header part, click "Shop by Vehicle", check your vehicle for the correct connector. If you cannot identify it, please feel free to contact us, we will check it for you.

Is my dash cam compatible?

FitDVR adapters have both 5V and 12V output, so most devices allowing power via standard USB or RJ11 connector and DC barrel jack plug are compatible. If you’re not sure, please feel free to contact us.

How do i install my adapter?

Different models might have different installation procedures. (Details please check the installation videos attached on their individual product pages.)

When will my items ship? And what countries do you ship to?

Items are generally shipped within 48 hours of order placement and we can ship to 72 countries including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany, Italy, Poland, etc. Details pleace check our shipping policy.

What shipping methods do you use?

It depends on where you are. We will choose the best way to deliver the item to you.

How do i track my order?

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

Returns and Refunds

What’s you return policy?

You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges. This also applies to orders canceled during transit.

A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package.

Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item. More details please check our returns policy page.

Is there a product warranty?

All our products come with a standard one year manufacturer warranty.
